To accompany you on your most extreme adventures, we want a Go'Lum to be as robust and durable as possible . To achieve this:

? We chose aluminum for the casing of each Go'Lum. This material has excellent longevity and remarkable resistance to oxidation. Even aluminum foil doesn't let water, dust, or microorganisms through. Axel Carion told us about this resistance after his cycling expedition on the Ho Chi Minh Trail !

?️ At Go'Lum, we design each of our headlamps to be repairable as easily and quickly as possible. If a Go'Lum breaks down, there's no question of throwing it away! Our after-sales service workshop will only replace the necessary parts.

90% of Go'Lum returned to after-sales service are repaired , only 10% require an exchange.

Even out of warranty, whenever possible, we offer a repair.

When designing V2 of the Piom and Piom+ , one of our goals was to reduce the number of after-sales service returns. As a result, we reduced the after-sales service return rate by a factor of 4 , bringing it to 2%! (which is very low for an electronic device). Are we proud of that?

? we have chosen 18650 lithium-ion batteries . This format is the most widespread in the industry (electric bicycles and cars, electronic cigarettes, etc.). Manufacturers prioritize their developments on these models. Its use allows us to ensure availability for many years .
